The first Christmas was messy so why not do it again!
The kids and adults had a great time doing Christmas craft. The photographer finally got his photo of the Christmas scene and everyone went home happy!
Sept 4 was Fathers Day and we thought about how the various fathers in the congregation were reflections of God our heavenly Father.
There was once again much fun enjoying craft, songs and an excellent talk, this time from Michael Prabaharan.
Here are some photos from the service:

St Thomas' Weekend Away at Philip Island Adventure Resort, Cowes was a great time of fellowship and learning for the 80 or so people who attended. Tim Foster from Ridley Melbourne and Ben Wong from Holy Trinity Doncaster were our speakers for the weekend. If you would like to hear a sample you'll find Tim's talk 1 and talk 2 in our podcast.
It was a particularly good time for the way the English and Cantonese congregations mixed with each other. The cabaret on Saturday night over dinner was great fun and everyone enjoyed the acts and the jokes (even the terrible ones).
Here are some photos - others are on our photo album page
Thanks to everyone who contributed to our Plaster Painting Stall at Wattle Day!
